Hay Services

Ferguson Farms provides custom hay farming on either a cash rate, or variable rate share basis. 

We market two types of hay mixtures; grass mix and alfalfa mix. 

• Grass Mix:  Our grass mixtures are made up of fescue, brome and orchard grass, and netwrapped with CoverEdge wrap.
  

• Alfalfa Mix:  Our alfalfa mixtures are made up of alalfa and then orchard grass and brome.  Each bale is netwrapped CoverEdge wrap also.
  

This season our rates are as follows:

• Grass mix: $75-$95/ton
  

• Alfalfa Mix: $110-$135/ton
  

One of our standard bales weighs between 1400-1900 pounds.

We also offer hay delivery services on a custom basis, or on pruchases made by us.  Rates vary depending on travel distance.
